The Group consists of three entities. Two commercial divisions, Thylation R&D Pty Ltd and  Thylation Operations Pty Ltd are responsible for development of products, trademark and intellectual property, commercialisation, manufacturing, marketing and selling or leasing Thylation products.   Thylation Limited Pty Ltd, trading as Thylation Foundation, is the non-profit charity that raises funds to support conservation, including developments led by Thylation R&D.

The Groups’ board members are largely voluntary skill-based individuals with national expertise across conservation, ecology, engineering, science, zoology, ethics, business, information technology and communication, manufacturing and innovation. Their combined expertise and knowledge provides exceptional governance, credibility and strength for our vision: to enable conservation through innovation.

Thylation R&D Pty Ltd and Thylation Operations Pty Ltd have a common board and senior management team, whilst Thylation Foundation has a separate Board and Conservation Advisory Committee.
