Feral cats and foxes have been implicated in at least 27 mammal extinctions across Australia and currently threaten more than 100 native mammals, lizards, and ground-nesting birds. 

A field-validated, portable and automated tool, the Felixer™ development was funded by donations and project support from several non-government organisations and State and Federal Government bodies.
